Guillermo Worlicek - Partner, Director & Founder
Co-founded Lumix Capital in 2007. Guillermo also holds stakes, directorships and roles in other ventures. He has strong asset management skills and deep knowledge of alternative investments. Previously, he was a Partner at Ayaltis, a specialised boutique focused on Hedge Funds, and serial winner of performance awards and in its continuation, Principalium Investment Fund, in a joint venture with Remaco AG until March 2018. Before joining Ayaltis, between 2006 and 2010, Guillermo was Executive Director in charge of the Quant Research Department at Harcourt Investment Consulting AG. Prior to that he worked for Gottex Fund Management as a Research Analyst, where he contributed to build a setup that jumped from USD 200m to 5Bn in AuM during that time. From 1998 to 2003 Guillermo worked at Baxon Consulting analysing deals and performing valuations for the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry in South America after spending 4 years in Investment Banking focused on fundamental equity valuations in the region. Guillermo started his career as an auditor at PriceWaterhouse & Co. in the Buenos Aires office. He received his Diploma in Accounting ("Contador Público") from Universidad Catolica Argentina and took Executive Education at Harvard Business School. Guillermo lived in Argentina, UK, and in the French and German parts of Switzerland.

Pablo Ljaskowsky - Managing Partner
Pablo has more than 18 years of professional services experience. Prior to starting his own advisory business he was a Partner in KPMG’s Transaction Advisory Services. He started his professional career at PwC as an auditor.
During his career Pablo has led numerous transactions with an aggregate value of more than $25 billion. Pablo has advised elite private equity players, publicly listed strategic buyers, family businesses and private individuals in a wide array of industries. He has analysed over 250 businesses on the buy-side and prepared more than 50 businesses for sale. Pablo has also acted as an advisor on refinancing projects, and has negotiated on behalf of clients share purchase agreements, purchase price adjustments and other accounting related matters such as earn-outs.
Pablo is a certified chartered accountant ACCA and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from City University of Seattle.  He has an executive programme from IMD and is a member and auditor of the IMD Alumni Club in Zurich.
He speaks English, German, Italian and Spanish.
